Positive Steps develops project in Maryhill, Glasgow
In partnership
with Cube Housing Association, Positive Steps has completed
the refurbishment of 18 flats in the Maryhill area of Glasgow,
which will be used to provide accommodation for service users
receiving support from Positive Steps in Glasgow.
Several
existing service users have relocated to accommodation in
Maryhill from other areas of the city, and are delighted with
the quality of their new accommodation. Stuart Marshall, who
has been assisting in the refurbishment of flats in Maryhill,
commented “It’s great to see people settling
in to their new flats, it’s a really nice area and a
lot of work has went into preparing the flats. I think for
a lot of our service users the change in surroundings will
make a big difference and give them a bit of a boost”
