Positive Steps provides high quality, broad based education and training programmes with the aim of improving the health and social welfare of people in Scotland and around the world.

We believe that:

• Everyone has an equal right to the knowledge and skills which will enable them to make informed decisions regarding their health and lifestyle.

• Broad based Health Education programmes can help to shape healthy attitudes and behaviour.

• Early intervention programmes can help to promote positive, informed choices about personal behaviour and assist the development of a balanced outlook towards the lifestyles of others.

• Providing factual, relevant and sensitively delivered information is vital for healthy personal development.

Specialising in Health Promotion, Positive Steps programmes are delivered in school and community group settings, working alongside parents, teachers and health and welfare professionals to address issues including:

• Relationships
• Sexual Health
• HIV / AIDS
• Alcohol and Drugs
• Self Esteem and Personal Development
